Yoga for the deaf and special needs 



One morning around 11 a.m. two young girls came into my yoga centre. They attempted to show me they wanted a yoga class right then. I understood and told tell them they could come the next morning at 8:30 for the group session. At first I thought they didn’t know English but later realized that one was deaf and one was special needs. I had no idea how to communicate with them so I wrote to them. Again, I suggested that they come the next morning for the yoga class where I would teach them how to do everything in a simple way and with the help of my other students they could learn the positions by watching them. I could tell both of them were upset. After seeing their faces I too became sad. I decided I would give them a private class right then. I told them to wait there and that I would be back shortly.  I went into the next room and stood looking into the mirror trying to find some sort of motions that would help them understand what I was telling them. The thoughts going through my head started to make me nervous. This might be the first class in my life that will be unsuccessful. I then remembered that my ability to teach yoga is a gift from God. Through the many obstacles and people who have come to me for yoga he has given me the strength and success in everything I have done. As I walked back into the classroom the fear started to set in again. Before continuing with the class, I prayed to God. You have given me the gift of teaching yoga. Please help me through this class to teach them with success. I took two deep breaths and began feeling some relief. Something inside of me began to attack my fears and give me confidence. God had answered my prayers. The class went very well and both students left with tears of joy, a smile, and 100% satisfaction.

Cyril Yoga will increase your Kundalini energy. It remains dormant in the Muladhara, the lowest of all the chakras or lotuses. Kundalini, the spiritual nerve, will not break through the blockade in the Mula and thus rise up and reach the stage where you will super consciousness. You must cause the pressure of prana and apana connect it to, and when they are together, you will be able to produce heat in the Pranic Center. With this you will make pranic heat or pressure load on the Kundalini, the spiritual nerve, which curled in three and a half turns ("kundal" means "curl lover" and not a snake or serpent) in the Muladhara. Use of Sirshasana

What is the use of Sirshasana?



Before start discussing benefits, let's, as they say, clarifying concepts, that is, give the definition of the term "Sirshasana." It's all very simple: «shirshasana» in Sanskrit means "headstand" (Shirsha - head, asana - posture). Shirshasana rightfully considered the queen of Yoga. And its effect on the body is difficult to overestimate. Only 3-5 minutes a day - and you are guaranteed lots of advantages:
