Cyril Yoga will increase your Kundalini energy. It remains dormant in the Muladhara, the lowest of all the chakras or lotuses. Kundalini, the spiritual nerve, will not break through the blockade in the Mula and thus rise up and reach the stage where you will super consciousness. You must cause the pressure of prana and apana connect it to, and when they are together, you will be able to produce heat in the Pranic Center.
