What is the use of Sirshasana?



Before start discussing benefits, let's, as they say, clarifying concepts, that is, give the definition of the term "Sirshasana." It's all very simple: «shirshasana» in Sanskrit means "headstand" (Shirsha - head, asana - posture). Shirshasana rightfully considered the queen of Yoga.
